This web site, designed to help and support families, was created by two moms. Gail Reichlin is a mother of three grown children and the executive director of Parents Resource Network, a nonprofit organization she founded 17 years ago to address common concerns of parents. Gail is a 30-year veteran teacher as well as a highly regarded public speaker and the co-author of a new parenting book, "The Pocket Parent''. Jo Hansen has been a journalist and writer for more than 20 years and is the mother of two children, ages 12 and 9. She also is a web designer and webmaster of several web sites, including this one.
