Aunt Elaine’s Chicken Salad

3 cups diced cooked chicken
3/4 cup chopped celery
dash black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
dash of lemon juice
1 teaspoon powdered chicken boullion or granules (I use Steero by Wylers; it also comes in a reduced-sodium variety)

In bowl combine chicken, celery, pepper. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and chicken base. Add to chicken mixture. Toss.
