Potato Pancakes

2 cups grated raw potatoes
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Fry on a well-greased griddle or pan, turning once to brown both sides. Serve hot. Makes about 18 pancakes. (Note: You may use food processor to coarsely grate the potatoes.)
