Gail says these meatballs are delicious, and her kids love them. Meatballs 2
lbs ground chuck

bottle of chili sauce Combine chili sauce, water, and jelly in a 6-quart pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Mix meat, onion, potato, raw egg, and spices together. (I found this easiest to mix with my hands). Roll about 60 bite-size meatballs. Gently drop meatballs in the simmering sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
